Data Center Infrastructure Upgrade

Selected to augment the general contractor's project management and executive staff to deliver a 20MW electrical distribution modification. The underutilized electrical system was fully divorced from three buildings and reconfigured to support a newly constructed data center facility with higher power densities. This work involved divorcing live data center loads from the distribution, upgrading MV electrical systems and controls, HMI upgrades, and generator upgrades. The scope included evaluating existing contractors, identifying scope gaps and risks, and coordinating site and operational efforts.
